About this notice
This notice describes information handled by the Better Launcher alpha venture-development workspace. Contact the Better Launcher team at support@betterlauncher.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
We handle your account email and authentication information, startup profiles, team profiles, customer and persona information, evidence, uploaded files, business plans, financial assumptions and pitch content that you enter. Support messages contain the information you choose to send. Only upload personal information about others when you have permission or another appropriate basis to do so.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, save and display your work, enforce workspace permissions, produce the outputs you request, respond to support requests and maintain the service. Technical service records may include connection information and errors used to diagnose problems and protect the service.
Storage and access
Better Launcher uses Supabase for authentication, database storage and uploaded files. Workspace access follows the permissions assigned to startup members. Service providers process information as needed to operate these features. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law. Exports and files that you share outside the app are controlled by you and their recipients.
Browser storage
Authentication cookies help maintain your session. Browser storage remembers interface preferences and recently visited workspace views. Clearing browser storage may reset those preferences or sign you out. The current app does not include advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.
Retention and deletion
Saved workspace content remains available until it is removed. Archiving hides an item but does not delete it. Permanent deletion removes the item and the dependent data described in the confirmation. Copies in service-provider backups or operational records may persist beyond removal from the live app. Contact support to request account deletion or discuss retention of information that is not covered by an in-app control.
Your choices
You can edit your content, manage available workspace controls and export supported outputs. Email support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the workspace. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including restriction, objection, portability or a complaint to a privacy regulator.
Security and changes
Authentication and startup-level access controls help protect your work; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. This notice will be updated as the service changes, with the revision date displayed here.
