Using Better Launcher
These terms describe use of the Better Launcher alpha workspace. Contact support@betterlauncher.com with questions. Use the service only when you are authorized to create an account and provide the content you enter. If working for an organization, ensure you have its permission.
Your account
Keep account credentials private and use workspace permissions responsibly. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Adding a team profile does not itself grant that person access to the application.
Your content
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You allow Better Launcher to store, process and display that content as necessary to operate the service and generate the outputs you request. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for having permission to upload and share it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment or impersonation. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another workspace without permission or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or a security risk. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Planning tools and outputs
Projections, market estimates and pitch materials depend on the information and assumptions you enter. Review calculations and exports before relying on or sharing them. The service provides planning tools, not professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and does not guarantee funding or business results.
Alpha availability
The app is under active development. Features may change and errors or interruptions may occur. Keep independent copies of important work using available exports. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and deleting content
You may stop using the service at any time. Use the available deletion controls or contact support about account removal. Archiving is reversible; permanent deletion is not recoverable through the app. Previously downloaded or shared copies are not removed when source content is deleted.
Third-party services and updates
External links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. These terms may be revised as the service develops; the revision date appears on this page. Material changes should be brought to your attention before they apply. Contact support to discuss a concern or dispute.
